For this project the client wanted a side single story extension, housing a garage and a utility room. We demolished an existing garage creating increased garden space. We took care of all planning and key building control inspections liaising with local council ensuring 100% building regulation satisfaction. This allowed the family to go about their daily lives and focus on the finer details of the project.
