For this project the client required structual integrity of the home to be made safe after rouge builder left them in despair. After carrying out emegency immeadiate tempory propping to ensure stuctural stability we then focused on obtaining the planning permission and getting the structural drawings completed. This allowed us to determine how to support a load bearing wall and partial knock through to the existing hallway space.
